The pools were awesome for the kids, especially the slides and the mini disco. We loved the clean, spacious room with two shower rooms for family convenience!

The location was marvellous, right by seafront and Portaventura and the center. And it's within a close distance from Restaurante el Galeon, ate there once or twice. The food was lovely and the staff were very amiable...

The room was impeccably clean, with a fantastic pool area that offered endless fun for the kids. The mini club provided engaging activities, allowing parents some much-needed relaxation time.

It was just an appropriate option for a mini-break over the weekend in Salou with good value considering price it charged. The kids really enjoyed the variety of activities available at the pool, made our stay a lot more fun. Make sure to grab a sunbed early as they fill up quickly!

The garden access was good, but the shower design was quite awkward.

The room design really lacks privacy, particularly with those transparent shower doors!!! Was very unfortunate to deal with overcrowding around the pool area, needing to fight for sunbeds every morning!!!

A great family retreat

The entertainment options were fantastic, especially the miniclub for kids. It allowed parents some alone time while the children made new friends. The diverse culinary offerings catered to everyone's taste, and the outdoor relaxation areas were beautifully maintained.

The bathroom facilities lacked privacy, awkward for families. Securing sunbeds in the mornings was quite a challenge since the staff weren't enforcing the rules regarding usage.

I loved the vibrant pool area with its seven slides, where my kids squealed with joy all day long! The evening shows were not to be missed-talented entertainers kept everyone engaged and laughing. Our family room was perfect, with two shower rooms!

The pool area was hella fun! My kids loved the multiple slides and pools, and the evening entertainment was great.

The pool facilities are fantastic. The kids loved it! They had a great array of activities, especially during the evenings with talented animators keeping everyone entertained. The room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping always kept everything fresh. Noise from the room above was an issue. Footsteps were loud at night, which might disturb light sleepers. The dining options included a good variety, but some meals, particularly breakfast, felt a bit repetitive, and certain items like the coffee and juice could use improvement. I also noticed that the blanket reminded me of it hadn't been changed, concerning. Despite these hiccups, the clean grounds and well-maintained pool areas really stood out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are areas that could use a little attention.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful pools and the special kids' activities that kept our children entertained! The spa lounge and seasonal outdoor pool provided great relaxation spots for us adults after busy days. The only downside was the occasionally noisy guests, but it didn't spoil our overall fun. 🌞

The location of this place is fantastic, close to everything in a great area, and we loved the bonus of having Metropolitan Cafe nearby for tea and coffee.

The newly decorated room was immaculately tidy, featuring climate control, a comfy sofa bed, and an electronic key card, all located conveniently near the seafront, Portaventura.

This place was quite clean, the staff were really helpful, and the beds were comfortable.
